No. We will ask you to fill in our online questionnaire, which helps us to determine if your requirements are realistic and achievable within the current market. If we don’t think it’s possible for us to secure you a property within your budget and timeframe, we will be completely transparent with you and tell you up front.

All clients that come on, on our Relocation or Concierge Package have a written guarantee that you will be approved on a property within your budget and time frame.

We do not provide guarantee on our Signature Package. With that said, you do have the peace of mind knowing we have a 100% success rate securing a property for our clients who come on board. If in the unlikely situation you are not approved within the 6 inspections allocated in your package, additional inspections can be purchased for $140 each. Our service will simply continue until you are approved.

Currently we service Melbourne, Sydney, Perth Adelaide and Geelong. We’ll be expanding to the rest of Australia in early 2025.

We recommend starting the process with us about 6-8 weeks before you need your new rental. This gives us time to discuss all your requirements and help pull together your application. That said, we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes people have less time than this so we can work to smaller timeframes.

Day in, day out, everything we do revolves around rentals and when you spend all this time searching, inspecting and negotiating for properties you get very good at it! We have also had a substantial amount of time working and training on the landlord side in our previous jobs so we know all the tips and tricks to securing rentals. Unfortunately, the average renter simply does not have the experience, contacts and tools that we do to quickly secure the best property at the best price.

In short, everyone! Finding a rental in Australia can be an incredibly time consuming and frustrating process with additional complications if you are coming from overseas or interstate. If you would like to spend more time enjoying your new home than searching for it than we would love to help!

Unlike many other companies we only represent tenants so we don’t lease or manage any properties for landlords. This means we are completely independent and can source rentals from every single real estate agency in Australia.

In terms of rental budgets, we tend to work with clients that are looking to rent properties that cost anywhere from $300 per week upwards.

Whilst it is extremely rare that our clients exceed the number of inspections allocated in our packages without securing a property, additional inspections can be purchased at a discounted rate of $140 per additional inspection you require. This will simply be invoiced at the time.

We use Pin Payments for our transactions which allows you to pay online securely via our website using your credit card.

It accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc. It also automatically calculates conversions so if you are coming from another country you can pay in your own currency.

We are also happy to accept bank cheques and direct bank transfer deposits. Please advise us when you engage our services if you plan on paying with one of these methods.

Absolutely! We've had many people buy packages for loved ones and it can be a great way to ensure peace of mind if it's your son/daughter's first time out of home.

We just ask that once payment is made that the person who will be residing in the property is our primary contact. We are happy to include you on any correspondence if you would like.

Payment for each package is required in full before your search commences.

Most properties in Australia are non-furnished. This means they come with all built in appliances (eg. dishwashers) and fixtures like curtains.

Generally you will need to provide your own fridge, microwave, washing machine and other furniture.

Furnished properties range in inclusions however most have all whitegoods, beds, dining table and chairs, sofa, television etc.

Some also provide linen, crockery and decor.

At the moment there is low supply across Australia of quality fully furnished properties due to many landlords switching to more lucrative short term listing options like Air Bnb.
