What began as Melbourne Rental Search, helping clients solely in the Melbourne market, quickly grew beyond the city as demand soared. In response, Jade expanded the service nationally, rebranding as Rental Search Australia. Today, RSA is a thriving business with more than 20 talented team members – and still growing.

Jade launched RSA with a simple but powerful vision: to take the stress and uncertainty out of securing a rental property. What started as a local service is now a trusted nationwide network, helping individuals, families, and corporate clients find their perfect homes in cities and regions right across Australia.

With a career foundation in leasing, business development, and buyer advocacy, Jade’s passion has always been the people side of real estate – supporting tenants, understanding their needs, and delivering a seamless, personalised relocation experience.
