Jade has experience in many facets of the real estate industry. She started her real estate career as the sole leasing consultant of one of Bayside’s most prestigious property management companies. She excelled within the company to adopt the role of business development manager. From there she further grew her property expertise by joining the buyer’s advocacy department at one of Australia’s leading independent property consultants. Despite all this, her passion has always been in residential leasing and looking after tenants. Jade brings a broad knowledge of the legal ins and outs of renting a property and has an extensive network of managing agents in Melbourne.

Simone’s passion for real estate started early by watching her mother at work as an architect. She then went on to study at the University of Melbourne achieving both a bachelor’s degree and post graduate diploma in the property field. For 6 years she worked in the real estate department at one of Australia’s largest retailers with most of her time there spent as a leasing manager. In this role it was her responsibility to source new rentals for the business all across Victoria. Through this, she gained an in depth understanding of how to accurately gauge a client’s needs and requirements in order to deliver them the right property for the right price.
